La Verna Hospital
JESSEN Lifts are proud to have completed another lift project for the Lenmed Hospital Group. We have done a few in the past.
This time we are at La Verna in Ladysmith, KZN. We installed a CIBES 1000 kg bed lift. This unique platform lift requires only 130mm pit, no headroom or motor room and we supplied it with its own shaft structure.
The lift is located between two buildings. As no conventional pit was available, this lift type was the usual lift to create more lift capacity to the theatres.
In addition, we installed two DOPPLER dumbwaiters, each 300kg, one 2 stop and one 3 stop, each with floor level doors and stainless steel cabins. Each dumbwaiter has entrances on two sides.
